Mare's Message

Dear Friends,

As I write this letter, it is actually very warm and sunny outside.  This is truly encouraging after our long, cold, snowy winter.

We have a lot going on this summer.  Come and see us at the Annapolis Quilt Show June 7th and 8th.  We are offering another Debbie Caffrey Mystery Quilt entitled Q is for Quilter.  Also June 7th through the 21st we will have The Talking Quilts Trunk Show.  There are lots of new classes and a new type of sale for the summer.  Every Monday in June, July and August, all pre-cut fat quarters, fat quarter packs and remnants will be 25% off.

Many new fabrics are arriving daily, so here's to a fun filled quilting summer.

The Talking QuiltsTrunk Show

What is a Talking Quilt Show?  No, they don't really talk, but they do speak to you.  They are screen painted messages on fabric to be made into a quilt for a baby, friend, wedding, graduation, sister and grandparents.  Our shop will have lots of quilts for you to see as well as patterns and screenprinted quotes to help you make your own talking quilts for someone's special occasion or just because....

Sewing Machine Tune-Up
and Scissor Sharpening

Extra Class Scheduling

As always,
if you have a group of 4 or more
that would desire to take a class on a different date,
or on something that we are not presently offering,
let us know and we will arrange for your group to take the class.
